📅 Cancellations
More than 48 hours’ notice: You may apply your payment toward a future appointment or request a refund. (Refunds can take 5-10 business days via bank)
❌ Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
100% of the appointment cost is forfeited- no refund will be given.
⏰ If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment , this will count as a no show
🚫 Repeat no shows may result in a restriction on your ability to book further appointments.
💅🏼 Nail warranty:
If you have any damage within the first 48 hours this can be repaired for free. After 48 hours fees will apply.
